Our Clerk of Works Services includes an initial site visit to carry out the requirements and inspection on snagging and finishing works. Ensuring all appointed building contractors/developers are using the correct quality building materials in accordance with the standards of practice in line with the Building Regulations and the Health and Safety Executive. Monitoring technical and practicality of products used to ensure full value for money to the client and report all matters required.
